If for any reason you have any concerns, please reach out to us by email or telephone to discuss. Refunds can be issued within 14 days of product delivery on unopened, undamaged items. Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, opened products can not be returned. Any shipping costs required for product return is the responsibility of the customer.
